Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders, which are in stock, are dispatched within 72 hours of the order placed (except weekends and national holidays).
The delivery may take another 1-3 days depending on the address specified for the order.
In case of remote areas, the orders are delivered within 7-8 business days.
Products booked as pre-orders will be shipped when available with priority.
The different statuses on My Orders are:
PROCESSING: Your order is placed and processing by SV
Dispatched: Your order has been dispatched to Our Courier Partner to Ship
SHIPPED: Your item has been Shipped by the courier
TRANSIT: Your item is in transit
DELIVERED: Your item has been delivered
CANCELLED: Your order has been cancelled
REVERSED: Your request to return/replace is in process
RETURNED: You have returned your item and received refund
REPLACED: Your replacement request is complete
UNDELIVERED: The item is returned to kitablelo.com by the courier as undelivered
A Customer can’t change his delivery address once the order is placed. Customer can cancel the order and placed it again.
Shipping and Delivery charges are particular to a product and have been mentioned on each product page. The charges will vary depending on your location, weight & volume of the product. During any promotional event or an offer, the shipping and delivery is provided free of cost for many products on kitablelo.com.
kitablelo.com believes in making your shopping experience perfect. However, if a customer receive an open or a tampered package, please do not accept it. Report this concern by calling us on +919310599506 within 24 hours of delivery of package. We will look at it immediately and get back to customer.
Our Courier partner will attempt 3 times to deliver the product. If undelivered, we will initiate refund.
Exceptional Cases:- Ordinarily, most orders are delivered within 5 working days across India. A maximum of 3 (three) attempts shall be made to deliver order to the end user. Should the user continue to remain unavailable after 3 (three) attempts, kitablelo.com reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion. While kitablelo.com shall make reasonable endeavors in ensuring that purchased Product(s) is delivered to its users in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed because of
Unsuitable weather conditions;
Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, Govt. directed lockdowns, etc.
Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and
Other unforeseen circumstances.
